Joachim Adenusi

Joachim is a competent and forward thinking enterprise risk, strategy and performance management professional with the ability to provide leadership, guidance and direction to achieve set goals. He is a certified fellow, trainer and a former executive director of the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) in the UK. He has over 25 years of risk, governance and strategic management experience spanning the financial services and non-financial services sectors, health sector, public sector, consulting and academia. Mrs. Grace Oluwafunke Abioye (FCRM)

Mrs. Abioye has an academic background in Mathematical Science from Bayero University, Kano, and holds a Masters of Financial Economics degree from the University of Abuja. She has over 21 years of experience in the financial sector and risk management.

At the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Mrs. Abioye has worked in various roles, including the Economic Research Division, Internal Audit, and currently the Risk Management Division, which she helped establish and now heads.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Abioye has pursued ongoing education in risk management actively promoting a culture of risk awareness within the SEC. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (CRMI) and continues to contribute to the development of risk management practices in her field.
