Mr Azeez Adenle is a Risk and Investment Manager. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and duly registered by the Securities & Exchange Commission. A seasoned Investment Banker with experiences in Financial Advisory, Capital Issues, Portfolio Management, Investment Analysis, Business Valuation, Islamic Finance and Capital Market Operations. He has participated in the execution of various capital market transactions such as the divestment of the holdings of a major bank in its subsidiaries and was part of the Financial Advisory Team in a major acquisition exercise. He has also been part of other market transactions such as Public Offers, Private Placements, Mergers and Acquisitions.

He also has vast experience in Enterprise Risk Management. He was awarded Risk Manager of the Year at the Nigerian Risk Awards in 2016. He heads the Portfolio and Risk Management Department of Capital Assets Limited, an Issuing House and a Member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange.
