If you don't invest in risk management,
it doesn't matter what business you are in,

2018 NRA Entry-Closing Date Now Extended

Nigerian-Risk-Awards-1110x550

The Nigerian Risk Awards recognises and rewards organisations and individuals who have achieved measurable results through the effective implementation of good governance, internal controls and risk management systems. Emphasis is placed on those who have developed creative and innovative solutions in overcoming the challenges facing businesses and organisations in Nigeria. All companies compete equally, regardless of size. Every organization has a unique risk management culture, but it is commitment, courage and effectiveness that makes our winners stand out from the crowd.

In its last three editions, the Nigerian Risk Awards (NRA) has recognised and awarded individuals and organisations who have made a measurable impact within their industry through the effective application of good governance, risk management and internal control systems and strategies. The submissions for the Nigeria Risk Awards will be independently assessed and judged by a panel of highly distinguished individuals, drawn from within and without the country, many of whom are international leaders in the field of risk management. Mr Adenusi (Nigerian Risk Awards Director) who was a director of the Institute of Risk Management for 6 years and was once UK Risk Manager in a press statement announced the extension of closing dates for entries. In his statement, “Previous editions saw the emergence of winners from both the individual and organizational sectors, spanning different industries and as we mark the fourth year of the Nigerian Risk Awards wants to recognize and celebrate some public institutions such as, Safest School, Hotel & Hospital. These three categories have been introduced to celebrate the institutions with the highest standard in safety, risk management and corporate governance. We have also extended closing date for entries submission to 30th of June 2018, as this would allow more organizations and individuals gather evidences to support their entries”
